To be eligible to purchase this insurance, your vehicle must meet the following criteria: the age of the bike is no older than 15 years, the bike doesn't have any pre-existing damage, the bike is not used for excluded purposes outlined in the PDS, the bike is roadworthy, rider(s) to have a driving and accident history that is acceptable to our underwriting guidelines.
A payment scheme of equal monthly instalments is available. (The total cost of instalments is more than making a single payment).
Should you wish to cancel your insurance within the first 21 days, we will provide a full refund of the premium providing no claims have been made.
Our insurance is designed to help you protect your unregistered bike with potential unlicenced riders if your bike is stolen, damaged by fire, or damaged accidentally.
If Your Off Road Bike is accidentally damaged, then up to the policy limit and at our option we will either: contribute 50% to the cost of repairing Your bike, pay You a sum equal to 50% of the cost of repairing Your bike, or if Your bike is deemed by Us to be a Total Loss, We will pay You 50% of the Market Value of Your bike.
If your bike is damaged as a result of a covered event, we will pay the reasonable cost for: towing of Your Off Road Bike (excluding storage costs) to the nearest repairer or place of safety, or returning Your Off Road Bike to You after it has been recovered following a theft.
